If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How it works

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@everettgoods.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, along with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — provided the goods have been returned or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
