30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Return conditions

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. If an item arrived damaged or defective, it doesn't need to meet these conditions — just send us a photo and we'll make it right.

How to start a return

Email info@everettgoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour or item? We offer free, hassle-free exchanges — email us and we'll arrange it.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — you won't need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
